| Description: | Expression of Interest (EOI) For The Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contract for New Paper Mill Project in Sharjah Bee'ah, the Sharjah Environment Company, headquartered in the Emirate of Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable and licensed organizations to provide EPC services, for the establishment of a new paper mill project. The scope of interest would include but not be limited to the following: 1. Executing detailed engineering design for a new paper mill with a production capacity of 150,000 tonnes, using recycled fibre (OCC and mixed waste), to produce testliner and medium grades with a basis weight range of 75-175 gsm. The plant is intended to be located within Bee'ah's Waste Management Centre (Location Map: https://goo.gl/maps/iScFE31Xmdp) 2. Procurement of all the equipment and materials necessary for the proposed project 3. Management, supervision and execution of construction, and delivery of fully functional facility within 24 months, from the date of signing of the EPC contract 4. Acquisition of all necessary licenses including environmental permits from relevant authorities 5. Adherence to the Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality control requirements of the government agencies and institutions Applicants possessing the requisite and proven record of performance, in executing similar jobs of this magnitude, are requested to respond to this request with the following: 1. Company profile of the interested party 2. Copy of the trade license 3. Brief description of technology partners as well as recommended technology for proposed project 4. Reference list and description of similar delivered projects Only shortlisted companies will be invited to participate in the tender process for the above-mentioned contract.
