Establish Parameters That Guide The System Of Verifiable Indicators In Educational Equity. Establish Critical Routes In The Regional Education Directorates That Establish A Standardized System Belonging To Each Area, In Each District And In Different Socioeconomic Contexts. Annually Present Accounts To The Country On The State Of Education, Progress And Challenges. Articulate With International Studies On Achievement Rates In Educational Matters.
