Establish Parameters That Guide The System Of Verifiable Indicators In Educational Equity. Establish Critical Routes In The Regional Education Directions That Establish A Standardized System Belonging To Each Area, In Each District And In Different Socio -Economic Contexts. Present Annually To The Country Of The State Of Education, Advances And Challenges. Articulate With International Studies On The Indices Of Achievements In Educational Matters.
