This Unit Is Made Up Of The Vice Minister Of Production And Community Development Of The Administrative Ministry Of The Presidency, The Vice Minister Of Forest Resources Of The Ministry Of Environment And Natural Resources, The Vice Minister Of Agricultural Sector Planning Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And An Executive Director Appointed By Decree.
