Execution Of Work Corresponding To The Project “Improvement Of The Capacity For Regulation And Storage Of Desalted Water In The Water User Community Of The Níjar Region. (Almería)
The Catalan Water Agency (Aca) Is The Owner Of The Dam De Sant Ponç And As Such, Must Comply With The Security And Reservoir Security Regulations Contained In Royal Decree 9/2008, Of January 11 , By Which The Regulations Of The Hydraulic Public Domain Is Modified, Approved By Royal Decree 849/1986, Of April 11 And To Royal Decree 264/2021, Of April 13, Which Approves The Technical Safety Rules For The Dams And Their Reservoirs. These Regulations Require The Necessary Actions That Will Guarantee And Improve The Safety And Exploitation Of This Type Of Facility. With The Execution Of These Works, The Rehabilitation And Adaptation Of The Main Accesses And Elements Associated With The Dam Will Be Achieved. The Reservoirs Are Critical And Strategic Infrastructure For Water Management And These Actions Will Increase Their Safety. This Action Is Defined In Detail And Accuracy In The Project Of Modification Of The Construction Project For The Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Access To The Dam De Sant Ponç From The C-55 And C-26 Roads, Approved By Resolution Of This Agency , December 20, 2021.
