The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Hire A Company To Carry Out The Programming And Management Of The Audiovisual Operation (For Film Shoots, Photography, Video And Advertising) Of The Historical Industrial Spaces Owned By The Municipality (Industrial Buildings From 1 To 5 And Ship 17 And 18) Of The Cal Trepat Museum Of Tàrrega City Council As Well As The Commercial Department, Specifically The Services Subject To The Contract Will Be The Following. 1. Prepare Advertising For The Audiovisual Exploitation Of The Space. 2. Host And Update Advertising And Disseminate The Use Of Space On Specialized Websites. 3. Manage Location Contracts With Potential Stakeholders And Commercially Negotiate Prices. 4. Manage The Logistics Of The Use Of The Space With The Companies That Have Contracted The Location (Availability Of The Space, Relationship With The Museum Management, Monitoring Meters During Filming, Etc.). 5. Guarantee The Preservation Of The Space And Cleanliness.
