The Works Are Qualified As Urban Public Space Development Works, According To Article 232.1.A), Regulated In Article 13 Of Law 9/2017, On Public Sector Contracts. Location: Affects Part Of Soler I Cortada Street And The Sidewalk Of Sant Joan Despí In Cornellà De Llobregat. This Phase 2 Corresponds To The Green Areas Defined In The Reparcelling Project Of The Sidewalk On The North Side Of Soler I Cortada Street, The North Sidewalk And The Section Of Road That Connects The Sidewalk Of Phase 1 With That Of Phase 2. Approximately 1,366.79 M2. The Works Consist Of The Following Chapters: - Demolition And Earthmoving. - Paving. - Sewerage Network. - Lighting. - Urban Furniture. - Health And Safety. - Irrigation And Landscaping Network. - Gas Network. - Telephone Pipeline (Civil Works) (*). - Low Voltage Undergrounding. - Signaling. (*) Due To The Needs Of The Property Of The Reparcelling Community, Some Items Of This Chapter Have Been Executed In Advance, Which Procornellà Reserves The Right To Exclude From The Object Of Execution, Without The Right To Compensation Or Restitution By The Successful Bidder. This Modification Of The Modified Urbanization Project Of Polígon 3 Carrer Soler I Cortada Phase 2, Was Initially Approved On July 26, 2024 And Any Changes That Need To Be Introduced To Obtain Definitive Approval Will Be Assumed By The Contractor With Application Of The Accepted Unit Prices Or By Setting These Contradictory. Procornellà Will Only Pay For The Works Carried Out, Based On Duly Completed Work Certifications. The Successful Bidder Will Assume The Costs Of Waste Management, The Drafting Of The Health And Safety Plan And The Application Of Health And Safety Measures, Following The Instructions Of The Health And Safety Coordinator.
