The Object Is The Drafting Service Of The Local Housing Plan. The City Council Of Olot Is Interested In Having A Planning Instrument That Guides Its Housing Policy In The Coming Years With The Aim Of Adequately Meeting The Residential Needs Of Its Population, And Prioritizing The Mobilization Of Empty Housing And Avoiding Its Occupation, Since The Latest Local Housing Plan Is Currently Not In Force. The Plh Is Proposed As A Document Of An Analytical Nature (In Analyzing And Diagnosing The Municipal Housing Problem), Strategic (In Defining The Guidelines For Municipal Action) And Operational Content (In Developing And Proposing Programs And Actions). The Works To Be Developed Are Specified In The Technical Specifications.
