The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Entrust, To The Winner Service Provider, The Organization Of A Group Purchase Of Electricity And Gas For The Inhabitants Of The Provision City And Small Businesses Located On Its Territory. The Candidate Will Have To Describe The Group Purchasing Process That He Plans To Set Up For The Above -Mentioned Audiences. The Organization Of The Group Purchase Of Energy Will Be Materialized By The Signing Of An Agreement Of 1 Year Renewable 2 Times Whose Terms Will Be Freely Negotiated Between The Chosen Candidate And The Provision City, On The Basis Of The Minimum Prescriptions Included In This Document And The Initial Proposal Of The Retained Partner. Neither The Provision City, Nor The Beneficiaries Of The Group Purchase Will Have A Financial Relationship With The Chosen Candidate And The Partnership Will Give Rise To Any Remuneration Of The Service Provider.
