The [Housing Development Corporation Ltd] invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the service of a consultant to undertake the Consultancy service to identify technical requirements for a GPON Open Access Network and the detail network designing, engineering for the construction of the network for Hulhumale' Phase II. It will include the formulation of the technical requirements, network designing, engineering, detailed drawings, and site surveys, and concept designing for a GPON Open Access Gigabit network (that at a minimum) meets the requirement of mobile services, internet services, cable TV services, smart city capabilities and other associated ICT, educational, security and social services. 2. Eligible interested tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of [Housing Development Corporation Ltd], 3rd Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumale', Republic of Maldives. 3.
