1. The [Housing Development Corporation Ltd] invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders to undertake the Preparation of Design & EIA of Mix Office Building (N2-32). Mix Office building plot N2-32, is the first low carbon, energy efficient building to be developed in Hulhumale'. The project is designing as an energy efficient, contemporary office building with green sustainable strategies. The designer is expected to obtain the necessary consultancy from the relevant parties during the course of design stage to incorporate green sustainable strategies into the design. Following are the features that the Employer requires the Designer to explore within the course of the design, however the Designer will have the flexibility to decide and recommend the most relevant and cost effective features to this building.
