| Description: | Expression of Interest Form for Investment, Built, Manage and Operate "AQABA SPORT CITY" Aqaba Sport City is located at Aqaba north within ASEZ borders, just 12 kilometers away from the center of Aqaba on a land of an approximate area of 255,000 sq.m. The project aims to establish a comprehensive sports city capable of hosting most of the sports events. As the climate in the city of Aqaba is convenient most the days of the year, it is anticipated that the city will become a potential destination for sports training camps from all different sports as a kind of sports tourism attraction nationally, regionally and internationally. In addition, it aims to form a new type of sports entertainment, whether at the level of the local population or as a destination for visitors from abroad. The facility may also include sports academies and centers for sports activities and festivities. The project consists of several elements to achieve its objectives. The first of these elements, and the most important one is the football playground, which has been designed according to the international standards and the World Football Federation (FIFA), with a capacity of five thousand spectators that is expandable to thirty thousand spectators in the future. The Sports City also contains another training football playground surrounded by a track, so it can be used in addition to football for all athletic games. It has several outdoor courts for various sports such as football, basketball, volleyball and handball. There will be an indoor sports hall, which will include different sports pitches, a fitness center and a multi-use hall for basketball, handball, badminton, wrestling and gymnastics ... etc. The building also will contain a billiard hall, table tennis and bowling alleys. The Sports City will also include Natatorium which will contain an Olympic swimming pool and a diving pool that are capable of hosting all events related to various water sports. The project will include several restaurants and cafe's distributed within the different elements, which will be also utilized by visitors to the city as well as the locals. Since the Sports City aims to cater for sports camps from home and abroad, the city will include three boutique hotels (four Stars hotel and five stars hotel) to host the players, the coaching staff and management of the various teams. Finally, there will be an office building catering for all administrative matters in addition to medical clinic building and therapy center in order to cater for wounds and fractures. The request of EOI form will be received from 26/2/2017 to 15/3/2017 before 3:00 PM on local time of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan via E-mails. The letters of interest of the interested clubs, companies or institution should be submitted during this period via below E-mails. Notice that any request or letter of interest will not be accepted if received after 15/3/2017.
