PRIME ENERGY LIMITED now invites eligible contractors to bid for final execution’s detailed design, as-built-drawings, procurement, constructions and installations, commissioning and testing (EPC) of 9.7 MW RUKARARA VI Hydropower Plant in Rwanda ("the Works"). 2. It is required the Bidder to buy the Biding Documents. The cost of Bidding Documents is 200 USD or equivalent 168,000 RWF (two hundred US Dollar). The Bidder shall provide a proof of payment, which will be sent, in scanned copy, by email, at the same addresses provided on paragraph (2). When the proof of payment will be received, the Bidder will receive the link to a Google Drive Folder that will contain the Bidding Documents. 4. Bids must be delivered, only by email, at latest 31st May 2017, 00h:00 [midnight], to all the above-mentioned email addresses. Bidders may be requested to provide the printed and signed version of their bids following bids evaluation. 6. In the first 10 working days (15 calendar days) after Bid’s Documents reception, the bidders can proceed for a pre-bidding site visit. The pre-bidding site visit is mandatory. 7. Bids will be evaluated starting from 31th May 2017. The evaluation is expected to be done in 2-4 weeks (if no clarification and/or due diligence is required). The negotiation of the EPC contract is expected to be completed within maximum one month following the Tender Award. The commencement of Works is expected to start at financial close. 8.
