| Description: | Letter of Interest to Build, Operate and Manage Hospitals-Aqaba The Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC), the development arm for the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA), is to execute, in partnership with a qualified investor, a 100 bed public hospital and a 50 bed private hospital in Aqaba. Project is to be located in the north of Aqaba adjacent to King Hussein International Airport on an 85000 sq. m land plot. ADC invites interested investors, specialized in this field to tender for this investment opportunity. Main components of the project include but are not limited to: the different sections and departments of the hospitals such as emergency room, X-rays, laboratories, outdoor clinics, patients' sleeping quarters and physical therapy, in addition to a 100 room five star hotel and its amenities. ADC intends to sign an investment and development agreement with awarded bidder/ investor whereby investor commits to invest, market and operate the various sections and departments of the public and private hospitals as well as the hotel and its amenities in accordance with the highest professional standards. ADC is pleased to announce to interested investors that creative concepts and designs, that would add substantial value to this project, are welcomed. ADC asks that all interested parties, who are specialized in hospitals and hotels' investment, and are keen to participate and compete for this investment opportunity tender, submit a letter of interest to the e-mail address below. ADC will be receiving requests to obtain the expression of interest (EOI) letter via e-mail starting Sunday March 5, 2017 to Wednesday March 22, 2017 before 3:00 PM on local time of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Via e-mail also the letters of Interest of the Interested companies or institution should be submitted during this period via below E-mails.
