Housing Development Corporation Ltd now invites sealed bids from eligible interested tenderers for the construction, completion and remedying of any defects of Hulhumalé Local Market and Food Court Project 2017. 4. Tenders may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of Housing Development Corporation Ltd, 3rd Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumale, Republic of Maldives. 5. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by eligible interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: www.hdc.com.mv/bids. Bidders may contact us at to acquire the bid document as well. 6. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned above in Clause 4, not later than [14:00 HRS] on [13th April 2017] and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of [USD 100,000.00] 7. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned above in Clause 4, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend.
