Description: | REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Confidentially Customer LLC "A" Project: Construction of a hotel complex of an international brand in the center of Dushanbe. RFP target The customer must receive an offer for the provision of services by the Consultant Consultant International consulting agency in the field of commercial real estate, possessing deep competence in the international market of retail and hotel real estate (preferably 5 star hotel, run by international operators under a franchise agreement or any other relevant operating model), commercial real estate (office buildings), shopping mall (partially as the base of commercial real estate), serviced apartments, as well as in multi-functional projects (mixed-use). The term of the Services Market Area Analysis Executive summary Key findings, assumptions and conclusions for each section Opportunities and risks of the project 5/ 10 year Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) – show example of P&L in the appendix Prepare cash flows for the 5/10 year period Prepare the total equity required and the ROI/ROE o Include number of keys and brand o Note currency and if figures are in todays' values or include inflation ( preferably in $) o Inflation assumptions for each year of the projections o Exchange rate if relevant o Clarify if calendar or fiscal year projections The financial projections should include estimates of annual operating profits (net operating income) for the proposed hotel and should be set out according to the latest International Financial Reporting Statements.
