Project Title: Supply and Delivery of Biodegradable Sanitary Napkins Date: 25/10/2019 ICB No: CRS-1/KfW/SN-2019-R Nepal CRS Company has received financing from KfW through BMZ No. - 2014 68 248 towards the cost of "Supply and Delivery of Biodegradable Sanitary Napkins" and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract(s) for Supply and Delivery of Biodegradable Sanitary Napkins. Nepal CRS Company now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the "Supply and Delivery of 1,500,000 consumer packs of Biodegradable Sanitary Napkins each pack consisting of 8 units of Biodegradable Sanitary Napkins. The goods are to be delivered at Nepal CRS Company Central Warehouse, Basamadi, Hetauda, Makwanpur, Nepal. Bidding will be conducted by means of the International Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in KfW’s Procurement Guidelines ("KfW Guidelines"). Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information in respect of the bid documents from the office of Nepal CRS Company, Tokharoad, Mahadevtar, Kathmandu, Nepal, Telephone Number 977-1-4362097; email: md@crs.org.np; website: http://www.crs.org.np . A complete set of bidding documents is available to interested Bidders from CRS office free of cost until the last date of tender submission. Alternatively, the bid documents can also be downloaded from the website: http://www.crs.org.np. All interested bidders who download the bidding documents from the CRS website must register their interest to participate in the bidding at the Buyer’s address by means of letter or email to allow inclusion of all such bidders into any correspondence during the tender process. The bidding documents received from the Purchaser are not transferable. Bids must be delivered to the address indicated in the clause ITB 22.1 of the bidding document on or before 09/12/2019, 13:00 NPT. Late Bids will be rejected. In the first public session, only the Qualification Documents will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives. In the second public session only the Bids of those Bidders who have fulfilled the qualification criteria will be opened. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the BDS ITB clause 19.1 |
