Date: 19th November 2019 Announcement No: 60-ADM/2019/275 Invitation For Tender To Supply And Delivery Of 18,000.00 MTon Wheat Flour Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, for Supply and Delivery of Wheat Flour. The eligible Tenderers are limited to established mills or their appointed distributers. General Description Title: Supply and Delivery of 18,000.00 Mton Wheat Flour Organization of execution: State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives The Product to be tendered: Wheat Flour manufactured in any Country Scope of Work: Supply and delivery of 18,000.00 Mton Wheat Flour to State Trading Organization Plc. Delivery: The delivery of the Products shall be made in separate shipments. Each shipment shall be in accordance to a schedule set by the Purchaser. Tendering Process Registration and Bid Document: Tenderers can register by visiting our Head Office (during office hours) and via email. Deadline for Registration is 02nd December 2019, 1000hrs. A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on the 03rd December 2019, only to the parties who have registered under the tender. Questions and Replies: Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 09th December 2019, 1000hrs by e-mail. Replies to questions will be given to all those who successfully registered under the tender by 11th December 2019. Tender Submission: (NOT LATER than on 17th December 2019 at 1100hrs.
