| Description: | Request For Proposal Technical Consultancy Services For The Implementation Of A Solar Park At The Piarco International Airport Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago ("the Authority") invites sealed Proposals from suitably qualified consultants for the provision of: "TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A SOLAR PARK AT THE PIARCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT" Tender Documents may be perused at the Information Resource Centre, Airports Administration Centre, Piarco International Airport, South Terminal, Golden Grove Road, Piarco but can only be taken away upon payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of One Thousand Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TT$1,000.00). Tender Documents will be available from Friday 31st January 2020. A copy of the receipt of purchase must be submitted with the Proposal. Deadline date for purchase of the Tender Documents is Friday 14th February 2020. Consultants who are not based in Trinidad and Tobago may request wire transfer information through the Secretary of the Tenders Committee at email: , to arrange payment of the non-refundable Tender Fee and the subsequent transmittal of the Tender Document. Prospective Proposers are invited to attend a non-mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting to acquaint themselves with conditions which may influence their Proposal. The Pre-proposal Meeting is scheduled for Friday 7th February 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (AST) at the Airports Administration Centre, Piarco International Airport, South Terminal, Golden Grove Road, Piarco. Proposers must submit two (2) opaque sealed envelopes, one (1) containing the Technical Proposal and the other containing the Financial Proposal. Envelope 1 (marked 'Technical Proposal') shall contain one (1) original, one (1) hard copy and one (1) soft copy in Portable Document Format (PDF) on a flash drive or CD; and Envelope 2 (marked 'Financial Proposal') shall contain one (1) original, one (1) hard copy and one (1) soft copy in Portable Document Format (PDF) on flash drive or CD. Proposals will be opened publicly shortly thereafter at 2:30 p.m. Proposers or representatives may be present at the opening. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Proposals submitted by means of facsimile or email shall not be considered. The Authority will not defray any cost incurred by Proposers during the preparation and/or submission of their Bids.
