| Description: | Centro de InvestigaçãoemSaúde da Manhiça/FundaçãoManhiça(CISM-FM) intends to contract a duly qualified and experienced consultant to carry out work associated with the design of the network's Strategic Business Plan (SBP), to ensure its viability and sustainability beyond the current EDCTP grant. The establishment of that plan has to consider the different membrs capacity and performance. This Terms of Reference (ToR) aims to solicit competitive bids for the advertised consultancy. With the objective of Develop a network Strategic Business Plan for 2020-2030 based on the scope of the current project and assist in reviewing the planned Description of Activities (DA).
