| Description: | SMART AFRICA SECRETARIAT Call for Proposals for Digital Solutions for Governments to Tackle the Coronavirus Pandemic in Africa Context: Smart Africa is determined to face the COVID-19 pandemic in hashtag#Africa through a coordinated response for the continent. In order to meet this crisis by its magnitude and its impact on society, the Smart Africa Secretariat seeks to support digital health services projects that aim at improving and accelerating the African governments response to the challenges of the hashtag#Coronavirus(COVID-19) pandemic. This call for proposals calls upon enterprises with capabilities to address: - Assess individual risk and guide decision making; - Assist African populations in finding nearby testing sites; - Provide reliable updates and alerts from public health authorities; - Report on community status; - Track and report transmissions. 1.
