Description: | Invitation for Bids (IFB) Republic of Tajikistan Project Ref. # 36580-NMFA100-AKF-PE-2020 Supply of materials and equipment for construction of 24.3km 110kV double circuit transmission line from Dasht-i-Yazgulom to Dasht-i-Vanj and construction of 35kV/0.4kV distribution network in Khikhik village of Vanj district, VMKB, Tajikistan IFB No: NMFA100-AKF-PE-Vanj I #36580–Goods 001/2020 Vanj I: Improving the quality of life through electricity provision The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) allocated a grant for the Aga Khan Foundation United Kingdom (AKF UK) for the Vanj I project to improving the quality of life through electricity provision. Consequently, within the project, in order to improve the access to energy services in VMKB Tajikistan, Pamir Energy Company announces a tender for the supply of materials and equipment for construction of 24.3km section of 110kV double circuit transmission line from Dasht-i-Yazgulom to Dasht-i-Vanj and construction of 35kV/0.4kV distribution network in Khikhik village of Vanj district in VMKB, Tajikistan. 1. Pamir Energy Company has received a grant from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office through the AKF UK for implementation of Vanj I project. 2. Pamir Energy Company now invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the supply of materials for construction of 24.3km section of 110kV double circuit transmission line from Dasht-i-Yazgulom to Dasht-i-Vanj and construction of 35kV/0.4kV distribution network in Khikhik village of Vanj district in VMKB, Tajikistan. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in accordance with the procurement policies of the Pamir Energy Company, NMFA, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Pamir Energy Company, Regional Projects Implementation Unit, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below and Pamir Energy can also provide the documents electronically, if required, from June 9th, 2020 between 9-00 to 17-00 hours Dushanbe time. 5. Bid documents can be obtained from Pamir Energy Company in English language by interested bidders upon submission of request to the below mention address. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the addresses below in English, Russian or Tajik languages no later than July 24th, 2020 14.00 hours Dushanbe time. Electronic bids can be submitted by the International bidder following the instructions on the tender documents. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 16.00 hours Dushanbe time on July 24th, 2020.
