Consequently, within the project, in order to improve the access to energy services in VMKB Tajikistan, Pamir Energy Company announces a tender for the supply of goods (equipment and materials) and associated services for construction of Dasht-i-Vanj and Voznavd 110/35kV substations in Vanj and Rushan districts of VMKB, Tajikistan. 1. Pamir Energy Company has received a grant from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office through the AKF UK for implementation of Vanj I project. 2. Pamir Energy Company now invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the supply of goods (equipment and materials) and associated services for construction of Dasht-i-Vanj and Voznavd 110/35kV substations in Vanj and Rushan districts of VMKB, Tajikistan. 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures in accordance with the procurement policies of the Pamir Energy Company, NMFA, and is open to all bidders. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Pamir Energy Company, Regional Projects Implementation Unit, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below and Pamir Energy can also provide the documents electronically. 5. Bid documents can be obtained from Pamir Energy Company in English language by interested bidders upon submission of request to the below mention address. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the addresses below in English language no later than March 2nd, 2021 12:00 hours Dushanbe time. Electronic bids can be submitted by the International bidder following the instructions on the tender documents. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 14:00 hours Dushanbe time on March 2nd, 2021.
