| Description: | Mekorot Water Company Ltd Tender No. 24-2021 Establishing General, Property, and Liability Insurance for Mekorot Group Tender No. 24 – 2021 Mekorot Group, which includes Mekorot Water Company Ltd. (hereinafter:"Mekorot"), EMS Mekorot Projects Ltd. (hereinafter: "EMS") and Mekorot Development & Enterprise Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Mekorot Enterprise") (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Company" or the "Mekorot Group") hereby invites bidders to submit proposals in a public tender to renew the insurance program, property and liabilities for the Mekorot Group, in accordance with the rules and conditions specified in the Tender documents including its annexes. The insurance period: from 01.07.2021 until 30.06.2022 (insurance year 2021/22), with Mekorot reserving the option to extend the insurance for two additional periods of 12 months each and a total of 36 months, in accordance with the details in the tender documents. The tender contains two chapters: Chapter A - General insurance program (hereinafter: "Chapter A") + fronting services - FRONTING Chapter B - International Insurance program (hereinafter: "Chapter B"). Only bidders who meet all the pre-qualifications specified in tender document are entitled to submit proposals.
