Invitation for Expression of Interest Designing and building an integrated dual-row cold aisle containment modular data centre 1. Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) Bank of Maldives (BML) invites qualified and experienced local and international vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to tender for the design, build, and construction of an integrated dual-row cold aisle containment modular data center. This EOI document provides the requirements and the scope for the tender and specific information to be provided in order to demonstrate that bidders are fully qualified to bid for this solution. The successful applicants will be invited to submit tender for the project. BML reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI, and to annul, in whole or in part, or to suspend the bidding process and reject all submissions any time and without reason prior to award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder. 2.
