Description:	Construction Of Two Glass-Fused-To-Steel Water Storage Tanks Located At Stenen Koraal For Aqualectra TENDER: RFP- 2024-35006 Aqualectra N.V. ('Aqualectra') is the utility company of Curaçao, responsible for the production and distribution of electricity and water and the delivery of the accompanying services such as metering, installation and billing. The requested services Aqualectra is inviting well-experienced and qualified glass-fused-to-steel water storage tank bidders to submit a proposal for the building of two glass-fused-to-steel water storage tanks, each with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters of drinking water, to be built in the area of Stenen Koraal, Curacao. Requirements Of the various requirements, the following are the most important ones: • The participant has the capacity available to construct two 10,000 cubic meter drinking water tanks in accordance with industry standards within the stipulated time frame of 24 months. • The participant has extensive experience in the construction of large glass-fused-to-steel drinking water tanks. • The participant has an established quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 90001 certification or equivalent. • Participants must provide a certificate of good conduct, issued by the Minister of Justice as referred to in articles 2 and 15 of the National Ordinance on judicial documentation and certificates of good conduct, not older than 6 months (VOG) or Police report or certificate of good conduct. • A certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry trade register, if it concerns a legal entity, not older than 3 months. • A certified statement from the tax office showing proof that the participant has fulfilled the obligations based on the legal provisions regarding payment of taxes and social security, not older than 3 months. • A proof showing that the participant is not in the state of bankruptcy or liquidation, or that the activities have been discontinued or against whom a payment moratorium exists, not older than 3 months. Issuance of Tender Document All proposed participants must register by sending an email in the period of July 3, 2024, till July 17, 2024, to watertanksstenenkoraal@aqualectra.com. Upon registration, the proposed participant will receive by return e-mail a notification containing the application instructions. Aqualectra will sell the request for proposal (RFP) document at the price of US$ 250,=. The last day to receive proof of payment is July 17, 2024, at 09:00 local time (GMT-4). Aqualectra will e-mail the RFP document to all participants simultaneously on July 17, 2024, at 15:00 local time (GMT-4). Information and clarification on tender A clarification meeting will be held, on-site on August 6, 2024. Physical assistance to this on-site meeting is mandatory. The clarification minutes will be sent on August 13, 2024. The deadline for submitting clarifying questions is August 27, 2024. Aqualectra will send the answers to the clarifying questions to all participants simultaneously on September 3, 2024. The deadline for the submission of the proposals, including all required documents, is September 19, 2024, at 09:59 am (GMT -4).
