Description: 1. Experienced in Industrial Facility Construction, or other Companies capable of conducting Design and build of Two Module Assembly Buildings on a project location for the Poland Nuclear Power Plant. Provide planning services, equipment, documentation that meet scope of work, specification, and other subcontract requirements. Interested companies must register/update their Company's information in Bechtel's iSupplier portal at https://supplier.becpsn.com link. If Company has any questions or to express interest in bidding this requirement, Company shall notify Bechtel’s Contact Person. At that point, Bechtel shall provide the interested party the Poland Prequalification Questionnairewhere Company would complete with response to Bechtel for review.
Bechtel notes that previous proven Industrial Facility Construction of similar scale and complexity will be mandatory and additional documentation / evidence may be required.

2. The prequalification criteria shall be included in the prequalification questionnaire, examples thereof include demonstration of (i) experience in furnishing similar Module Assembly Buildings in the past or current projects,(ii)  safety record and compliance to quality requirements and ISO 9001 certification or quality program that is comparable to ISO 9001 (to be approved by Bechtel), (iii) compliance to certification of legally mandatory requirements, (iv) financial standing (solvency), and (v) organizational capabilities.

3. Upon Bechtel’s evaluation of your response to the Poland Prequalification Questionnaire, Bechtel will notify if your Company meets, conditionally meets, or does not meet the prequalification requirements that closely match the requirements. Your Company's submission of Prequalification Questionnaire does not automatically qualify your Company to be a prequalified Company.

4. Each prequalified Company will be required to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Companies meeting the prequalification criteria and who have executed the NDA will be invited to submit the proposals for Design-Build of Two Module Assembly Buildings.v6. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall include the award criteria, scope of work, specifications, drawings, datasheets, terms and condition, and schedule data. The RFQ shall be issued via Bechtel’s Digital Supply Chain System automation tool.
The RFQ document shall include the Module Assembly Building Design-build scope, including but not limited to design-build of two module assembly buildings to support module assemblies for the first Nuclear Power Plant in Poland.  Each buildings measures 55 meters in width, 129 meters in length, and 44 meters in height, with an eave height of 42 meters. It includes six personnel access doors, four roll-up doors (each 6 meters wide by 7.6 meters high) at each corner, two sliding doors (each 6 meters wide by 15 meters high) on the east and west faces, and two aircraft hangar doors (each 33 meters wide by 33.85 meters high) at the north and south ends. The building is equipped with overhead cranes, including two with a 125-ton capacity and one with a 60-ton capacity, all on a single rail with a hook height of 35 meters and a crane clear span of 47 meters. The foundation design and construction shall support the structural loads and ensure stability, adhering to relevant Polish and EU standards. The building shall comply with all necessary structural, architectural including rainwater and snow management, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical codes and standards to ensure functionality and compliance with Polish Environmental, Health and Safety codes as well as sanitary codes.  Bechtel will provide relevant data from the soil investigations completed.  Supplier will have familiarized themselves with the local roads, networks, storage areas, etc. to understand the logistic requirements.

7. Proposal may be provided in EURO, PLN, USD.  Furthermore, the proposals will be requested as a firm fixed price (not subject to any price adjustment) with agreement to rates for change management.

8. Award criteria shall be based on a combination of the highest evaluated scored bidder with consideration of the following key criteria in order of relevance, together with cost which will determine the final decision for award which will be detailed further in the Bid Document(s) and during the RFQ phase.

9. Any Companies that do not meet the legally mandatory compliance requirement will be excluded.

10. The procedure for the Company to gain access to classified information, as required, will be subject to compliance with the executed NDA, Applicable Export Laws, Applicable Laws, and Applicable Safeguards Laws which will be included in the RFQ document.
