| Description: | 1. Northern Pakistan Energy Limited (NPAK) hereinafter referred to as "the Client," has received a grant from the European Union for the Project: Energy Plus - Energy for Climate Resilience in Gilgit Baltistan and Upper and Lower Districts of Chitral in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. 2. The Client now invites Proposals from eligible Consultants /Firms to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called "Services"): · Lot - 1: Development of Energy Master Plan for Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan · Lot - 2: Development of Energy Master Plan for Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan · Lot - 3: Feasibility Study of Passu Hydropower Project in Upper Hunza, Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan Consultants /Firms may apply for any one, two or all three lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently. 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations and Guidelines of NPAK Energy Limited and the Donor (EU). 4.
