| Description: | 1. NPAK Energy Limited (hereinafter called “the Client”) has received grant from the European Union under the Energy Plus Project, aims to establish a strong foundation for the sustainable development of a resilient energy provision system in the Gilgit Baltistan and intends to apply part of it under supply of Goods and Equipment for the rehabilitation of transmission and distribution networks in Hunza district of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), Pakistan. 2. The Client now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of the required Goods and Materials mentioned below. The number and identification of lot(s) comprising this bidding process is 1 (one). Supply of Electric Meters Including Meter laboratory in Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), Pakistan 3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations and Guidelines of NPAK Energy Limited and the Donor (EU). 4. Sealed bids must be delivered to the addresses below no later than December 30, 2024, at 1400 hours Pakistan standard time.
