The OJSC "Pamir Energy Company" has received financing from the European Union under the Electrification of Badakhshan Province project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for: Supply of Goods and Materials for the Construction of 42.3 km double circuit 110kV Vomar - Voznavd Transmission Line in Rushan District, Viloyati Mukhtori Kuhistoni Badakhshon (VMKB), Tajikistan 2. The OJSC "Pamir Energy Company" now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of Goods and Materials mentioned in item 1 above. 3. The number and identification of lots comprising this bidding process are are: 1 (one) 4. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations and Guidelines of Pamir Energy which meet the following minimum qualification criteria:5. About Authority: | Pamir Energy (PE) is part of AKDN and operates through a Public-Private Partnership with the Government of Tajikistan (GoT). Since its inception in 2002, PE has been providing energy services in Viloyati Mukhtori Kuhistoni Badakhshon (VMKB), Tajikistan and started in 2008 to extend services to districts of the Badakhshan province in Northern Afghanistan. PE has improved the generation, transmission, and distribution capacity of old soviet grids, rehabilitated 1/3 of its network, including 2 medium-sized hydropower plant (in total 44MW) directly benefitting underserved areas of both Afghanistan and Tajikistan. |
