Description:	Lot No. 704763 "Supply of KBA system pumps for construction of Paks II NPP power units Nos. 5,6" 1) The form and method of procurement procedure: public one-stage request for proposals in electronic form without pre-qualification selection. 2) The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Unified Industry Procurement Standard (Procurement Regulations) of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation with amendments approved by the resolution of the Supervisory Board of Rosatom State Corporation (Minutes No. 189 dated 13.02.2024) taking into account Orders of the General Director of Rosatom State Corporation No. 1/691-P dated 10.07.2019 (as amended by Order No. 1/1204-P dated 03.07.2024), subject to Resolution of the Procurement Strategy Committee of Rosatom State Corporation and insofar as not contradicting the Procurement Policy annexed to the concluded EPC Contract for the design, supply and construction of PAKS II NPP Power Units 5, 6 in Hungary No. 40/7570-D dated 12/9/2014 between the Customer and Paks II Private Limited Liability Company (located at 1 Gagarin Street, Paks, 7030, hereinafter referred to as Paks II LLC). The procurement is not regulated by the Federal Law No. 223-FL dated July 18, 2011 "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities". 3) Subject matter of procurement: the right to enter into a contract under Lot No. 704763 "Supply of KBA system pumps for construction of Paks II NPP power units Nos. 5,6". 4) Customer: Atomstroyexport Joint Stock Company (ASE JSC). The form and all terms and conditions of the draft contract (Part 3 – Draft Contract of Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation) are binding. Advance payments may be reduced or completely excluded. 9) Initial (maximum) contract price: EUR 12 705 124,75 with VAT (27 %), including: - Price of equipment: EUR 12 531 134,75 with Hungarian VAT (27 %). - Price of installation supervision: EUR 173 990,00 with VAT (27 %). EUR 10 004 035,23 without VAT, including: - Price of equipment: EUR 9 867 035,23 excluding VAT. - Price of installation supervision: EUR 137 000,00 excluding VAT. Initial (maximum) prices per product unit are given in Appendix 5 to Part 1 of Volume 1 of procurement documentation. The bidder’s contract price offer, including the price per product unit, and price of installation supervision shall not exceed the initial (maximum) contract price, including the price per product unit, price of installation supervision in the basis of the price offered by the bidder. The contract price shall include all costs associated with the contract performance as specified in the draft contract (Part 3 – Draft Contract of Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation).
