Description:	Supply of industrial check valves for the construction of Paks II NPP 1) The form and method of procurement procedure: public one-stage request for proposals in electronic form without pre-qualification selection. 2) The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Unified Industry Procurement Standard (Procurement Regulations) of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation with amendments approved by the resolution of the Supervisory Board of Rosatom State Corporation (Minutes No. 202 dated 25.12.2024) taking into account Orders of the General Director of Rosatom State Corporation No. 1/691-P dated 10.07.2019 (as amended by Order No. 1/1204-P dated 03.07.2024), dated 21.10.2024 No. 1/1981-P, taking into account Resolution of expert group for review of category strategies of Rosatom State Corporation engineering Division, and insofar as not contradicting the Procurement Policy annexed to the concluded EPC Contract for the design, supply and construction of PAKS II NPP Power Units 5, 6 in Hungary No. 40/7570-D dated 12/9/2014 between the Customer and Paks II Private Limited Liability Company (located at 1 Gagarin Street, Paks, 7030, hereinafter referred to as Paks II LLC). The procurement is not regulated by the Federal Law No. 223-FL dated July 18, 2011 "On procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities". 3) Subject matter of procurement: the right to enter into a contract under Lot 631444 Paks 5,6 "Supply of industrial valves for Paks II NPP Units 5,6". 4) Customer: Atomstroyexport Joint Stock Company (ASE JSC). Delivery location: according to Part 3 Draft Contract of Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation. Scope of supply: all necessary details are provided in Volume 2 and specifications (Appendices Nos. 1.1, 1.2 to Part 3 – Draft Contract of Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation). The form and all terms and conditions of the draft contract (Part 3 – Draft Contract of Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation) are binding. No counter proposals for draft contract is allowed. At the same time, counter-proposals on the wording of contract conditions aimed at correcting grammatical and technical errors are not considered, if such are identified by the bidders in the Draft Contract (Part 3 "Draft contract" of Volume 1 of the procurement documentation). Advance payments may be reduced or completely excluded. 9) Initial (maximum) contract price: EUR 12 489 122,34 with VAT (27 %), including: - Price of equipment: EUR 12 466 262,47 with Hungarian VAT (27 %). - Price of installation supervision: EUR 22 859,87 with VAT (27 %). EUR 9 833 954,55 without VAT, including: - Price of equipment: EUR 9 815 954,65 excluding VAT. - Price of installation supervision: EUR 17 999,90 excluding VAT. The initial (maximum) prices per product unit are specified in Appendix 5 to Part 1 of Volume 1 of the procurement documentation as a separate file. The bidder’s contract price offer, including the price per product unit, including equipment price, price of installation supervision services, shall not exceed the initial (maximum) contract price, price per product unit, installation supervision services, in the basis of the price offered by the bidder. The contract price shall include all costs associated with the contract performance as specified in the draft contract (Part 3 – Draft Contract of Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation). The contract price justification can be found in Volume 2 – Technical Section of the Procurement Documentation. 10) The official language of procurement: Russian and English. 11) Procurement currency: euro.
