Evaluation criteria and their significance
For equipment of safety class 1 and/or 2 and/or 3 in accordance with Specifications (Appendices No. 1.1-1.2 to Part 3 “Draft Contract”, Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation)V (hereinafter in the text of the bid evaluation methodology – equipment of safety class 1-3). (98%)
1) contract price (significance of criterion Pi: 85 %);
2) availability of a valid quality management system, confirmed by the certificate of conformity of the ROSATOMREGISTER Certification System (significance of the RARi criterion: 10 %);
3) equipment manufacturer experience (significance of Ei criterion: 5 %).

For equipment of safety class 4 which is not subject to manufacturing inspection in accordance with Specifications (Appendices No. 1.1-1.2 to Part 3 “Draft Contract”, Volume 1 of the Procurement Documentation) (hereinafter in the text of the bid evaluation methodology – equipment of safety class 4.
