MilleniuM Training and Development Institute is an NGO that implements programs and projects in the field of personal, organizational, and community development. The mission of MilleniuM is to promote quality non-formal education by encouraging civic initiative and youth work at the local level, by contributing to personal, organizational, and community development, and transforming the concept of collaboration and partnership into a current practice of associative life in the Republic of Moldova. MilleniuM is currently seen as a reference point at the national level in terms of quality non-formal education and youth work in the Republic of Moldova. In its activity MilleniuM pays particular attention to activities with young people, as they represent the potential and resources that will help to solve all the existing problems. In the last 10 years, MilleniuM has been focusing on the development of the managerial capacities of youth organizations in the Republic of Moldova, as well as those of the Eastern Partnership and the European Union under the Youth in Action program and Erasmus plus. The accumulated experience allows us to support other organizations on such topics as non-formal education, youth policies, strategic planning, project management, financial management, collaboration, and partnership, etc.
