The Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture , or OEI , is an international intergovernmental organization for cooperation between Ibero-American countries in the field of education, science, technology and culture in the context integral development, democracy and regional integration. The official languages of the body are Spanish and Portuguese .
