Plastics are a wide range of synthetic or semi-synthetic materials that use polymers as a main ingredient. However, some barriers remained in the free movement of goods and services. The coordination of taxation systems, accounting standards and civil legislation is currently in progress. The interoperability of professional qualifications, insurance certificates and identity documents is also underway.
