The Object Of This Study Is The Contractual Assignment Of Tree Care Works, Namely The Management, Cleaning Of The Crown Or Cutting (After The Relevant Permit) Of Tall Trees, Located In Parks, Open Spaces, Cemeteries, Sidewalks Or Nearby Municipal Roads, In Which Operations Must Be Carried Out For Reasons Of Safety Of The Public And Property As Well As The Health Of The Trees. They Are, That Is, Trees Of Such A Height That The Use Of A Special Person Lifting Machine (Telescopic Forklift) Is Required In Order To Be Approached Safely And Pruned Or Even Climbing By Trained Personnel Where There Is No Forklift Access. Some Of Them Reach And Exceed 20 Meters In Height, So Their Handling Is Inevitably More Complicated, Depending, Of Course, On Their Type And Location. In Addition, For Some, Depending On Their Age, Species And History, It Has Been Assessed That The Crown Should Be Managed To Prevent Branches From Falling Or Breaking.
