The Central Tenders Committee (CTC): The CTC is the primary authority responsible for overseeing government procurement in Kuwait. It publishes tenders on its website (https://e.gov.kw/sites/kgoenglish/Pages/eServices/CTC/Openedtenders.aspx) and in the official gazette, Al-Kuwait Al-Youm.
The Government Electronic Procurement System (GEPS): GEPS is an online platform that allows suppliers to register and submit bids for government tenders. It is managed by the Central Informatics Technology Authority (CITA).
The Kuwait Direct Purchase Authority (KDPA): The KDPA is responsible for procuring goods and services for the Kuwaiti government directly from suppliers. It does not publish tenders publicly.
