To Ensure Compliance With These Issues And Objectives, Sebes Wishes To Mandate A Consultancy Engineering Office For The Following Missions: - Active Search For The Input Data Necessary For The Project (Existing Networks) Respectively Active Collaboration With The Offices Responsible For The Mo For The Collection Of Basic Data: Soil Study, Easements, Authorizations, Etc.; - Data Analysis And Completion Of Aps, Apd And Exe Studies (Plans, Calculation Notes, Technical Descriptions); - Establishing Quotes For Each Phase Taking Into Account The Different Work Packages - Establishing Work Schedules And Phasing With Plans For Storage Areas, Site Installations And Access. In The Implementation Phase: - Participation In Coordination Meetings (Bimonthly); - Resumption Of Plans And Technical Documents According To Project Adaptations; - Preparation Of Authorization Request Files: Road Permits, Watercourse Permits, Building Permits, Etc.; - Integration Of Added Value For The Operation Of Works And Infrastructures Using The Bim (Building Information Modeling) Methodology In Order To Obtain A Digital As-Built Of The Sebes Assets, Up To Facility Management.
