In Order To Be Able To Do This And Apply The Desired Model, It Is Essential That All The Contact Agents With The Students Work On The Same Platform That Allows Them To Have A Comprehensive View Of All Interactions With The University, As Well As Ensuring That It Is Possible Pass The Token Between The Different Contact Agents In An Optimal And Transparent Way For The Student Body. Currently, The Uoc Has Salesforce To Interact With Students In The First Stage Of Their Journey, Which Corresponds To Commercial Processes. Sales Teams Use Salesforce To Conduct Their Core Business.
