Ine Data Debugging Service Of The Municipal Register Management System And Supply Of The Software Needed To Maintain The Data And Synchronize Them With The Current Software And The Existing Ine Database. The Completion Of The Service Of Debugging Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Action 1 Provided In The Technical Guide Of The National Statistics Institute (Ine) For The Development Of Projects Derived From Order Ter/1235/2023, November 15 (Hereinafter, Technical Guide), Which Is Annexed To Ppt. The Object Of The Contract Is Divided Into Three Lots: - Lot 1. Service Of Data Purification Tasks Described In Sections A1, A2, A3, A6 And C Of The Performance 1 Of The Technical Guide. These Tasks Will Be Carried Out In Two Phases, Which Can Be Parallel Or Coincide In Time. A First Phase Will Be Executed With Semi Automatic Procedures And Based On Existing Databases. And A Second Phase, Where More Manually And With A Higher Dedication, The Unresolved Records In The First Phase Or Other Records That Have Not Been Treated With Semi-Automatic Procedures Will Be Debugged. A5, A6 And C Tasks For Their Nature Will Not Have To Be Treated Automatically. - Lot 2. Data Purification Task Service Described In Section B Of Performance 1 Of The Technical Guide. The Work To Be Carried Out Will Be To Purify The Records Of All The Municipalities Of Girona Adhering To The Project And Provided By The Ine In The Manner Described In The Technical Guide. The Number Of Records Is Determined By The Previous Work Done By The Ministry Of Territorial Policy And The Number Of City Councils That Have Decided To Join The Project. - Lot 3. Supply Of The Software Needed To Maintain The Territorial Data And The Houses Identified With A Single Code And Link Them With The Current Diputació De Girona Register. This Lot Also Includes The Work For The Operation Of The Program.
