The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Create A Methodology And The Necessary Tools To Be Able To Carry Out Inventories With Lidar Technology Adapted To The Reality Of The Forest Formations In Catalonia In The Framework Of Forest Planning By Means Of Forest Management Instruments. Based On The Lidar Data Generated By The Cartographic And Geological Institute Of Catalonia And The Forest Typologies Identified In The Orgest Project, The Aim Is To Establish An Innovative Methodology, Developing And Classifying Mathematical Models That Allow Obtaining Structural Variables Of The Tree Masses, To Be Able To Implement Forest Inventories And The Monitoring Of Management With This Type Of Technology And At Different Scales, Landscape, Forest And Stand. Bearing In Mind That The Digitization Processes Of Public Administration Aim To Improve The Accessibility Of Citizens And Companies To Public Services, It Will Be Necessary That The Results Obtained From The Service Can Be Made Available To Those Interested Through Tools Developed In The Digital World While Having A Platform To Access And Process The Information Obtained.

The Object Of This Procurement Is The Acquisition Of A Compact Visible-Vnir Remote Sensing Hyperspectral Imaging System Equipped With A Light Lidar As Well As A High-Precision Lidar With Multiple Returns Coupled With A High-Resolution Rgb Camera For Of The Agrotechnology-Agrotecnio Research Center Foundation. The Object Of The Contract Includes The Following (3) Equipment: A Compact And Lightweight High Precision Vnir Hyperspectral Camera And Its Corresponding Controller, As Well As A Compact And Lightweight Lidar Equipment And Its Corresponding Controller Fully Compatible With The Hyperspectral Camera Vnir, For The Extraction Of Mde (Digital Elevation Models Used In The Orthorectification Process Of Hyperspectral Images). A High-Precision Lidar Kit With Multiple Returns (<=5) And Its Corresponding Controller Suitable For Cutting-Edge Agricultural And Forestry Applications, As Well As A High-Resolution Rgb Camera Compatible With High-Precision Lidar. An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Uav) Capable Of Supporting Either 1) The Hyperspectral Camera And Compact Lidar Assembly, Or 2) The High-Precision Lidar Equipment And The High-Resolution Rgb Camera Via Their Respective Kits Integration
