14 Feb 2025The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out The Work Of Removing Disused Anchoring Dead Ends And Other Existing Elements From The Seabed Of The Bay Of Cadaqués, Within The Maritime-Terrestrial Area And Anchoring Buoy Fields Of The Municipal District Of Cadaqués. Specifically, The Purpose Of The Contract Consists Of The Following Actions, Located Within The Scope Of The Seabed Of The Bay Of Cadaqués: Previous Report And Diagnosis Of The Anchoring Elements Of The Buoy Fields, Marking And Location Of Abandoned Elements Of The Bay Of Cadaqués And Removal Of Old Disused Anchorings Such As Concrete Blocks Or Other Structures Related To Anchoring That Are Abandoned, As Well As The Removal Of Other Elements That May Be Considered As Seabed Waste That May Cause Damage To The Ecosystem Of The Seabed. This Contract Is Included Within The Tourism Sustainability Strategy In Destinations Project - Cadaqués, The Sustainable Pearl Of The Mediterranean, Co-Financed Through The Next Generation Eu Funds, Specifically Within The Tourism Sustainability Plans In Destinations (Pstd) Program, Subsidies Intended By The Autonomous Communities To Finance The Actions Planned In The Territorial Tourism Sustainability Plans Tested In The Agreement Of The Tourism Sectoral Conference, Extraordinary Call 2023, Promoted By The Ministry Of Industry, Trade And Tourism.
Action 1: Medium Pool Basin This Involves Improving The Medium Pool, Which Includes Different Actions Regarding Some Aspects Such As: Repairing Leaks, Waterproofing The Pool With The Replacement Of The Pavement And All The Elements That Are Affected (Crown, Channel, Finials, Nozzles, Etc.) By Placing A Waterproof Reinforced Sheet That, In Addition To Improving The Surface Finish Layer, Avoiding Problems With The Gressite Tiles And Possible Cuts In Users, Will Prevent Water Leaks, Thus Improving The Treatment Of The Pool Water, Improving Its Quality. Action 2: Improving The Chlorination System It Is Based On Improving The Elements Of The Current Chlorination System, As Well As The Pipes In The Circuit Where The Water Leaks Are Found, Specifically In The Ducts That Go From The Drive Nozzles To The Tanks. Action 3: Leak Optimization It Is Based On The Study, Location And Optimization Of The Leaks That Can Be Detected In The Pipes And Vessel Of The Medium Pool As Well As Those Of The Jacuzzi Of The Same Pool. This Same Action Also Contemplates The Correction Of The Leaks In The Pipe Located By Means Of A System Of Lining With Epoxy Spray.
