The transformer shall be shell type, 3-phase, tw o winding, outdoor, with Bio classified (IEC 61039, IEC 61100, IEC 61099,) transformer K3 classified fluid insulation immersed, KNAF cooled, 138/10,5 kV, 50 Hz, YNd11, complete with tapped windings, off-load tap changer, cooling equipment and all required accessories.
