Description - Description: The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to select an operator to deliver the Richmond Emergency Weather Response Shelter Program (EWRSP) from October 15, 2024 to April 15, 2025 funded by BC Housing (the “Project”), as desc ribed in the Contract Documents. The EWRSP will operate on nights defined as having extreme winter weather to provide a warm, dry place for individuals who are experiencing homelessness to spend the night.
