Description - Description: With a view to the realisation of the project “Rond Ronse”, De Werkvennootschap will conclude a DBFM agreement with the project company (SPV-DBFM). This Selection Guideline is part of the appointment of a private partner for this pur pose. The current intention is that the SPV-DBFM is responsible for the design, construction and financing of the Project and its maintenance in principle for a period of maximum 30 years from the completion of the construction phase.
