Description - Description: The service building was provisionally delivered in 2006, the facade structure is approximately 18 years old at the time of writing this specification. In 2011, the first panels of the current facade cladding came loose. Over the years, this has proven to be a recurring problem after several repairs were carried out. In August 2020, a specialist consultancy firm subsequently drew up an opinion. This showed that the recurring damage was due to a fundamental problem with the facade structure, namely the lack of ventilation, causing the entire package to rot due to moisture.
