The subject of the order is: a) Performing a TV inspection of one deep well in Trębowiecb) Preparation of an inspection report by a qualified geologistc) Removal of any foreign elements found in the well (e.g. a broken pump)2. The re port referred to in point 1 should include a record of the TV inspection in an appropriate video format on a digital medium, a photo report of the procedure performed and an interpretation of the measurement data obtained.
