This procedure is conducted in order to obtain offers for the renovation of the electro-hydraulic bucket of the Demag crane.Scope o f renovation works:Bucket1. Cleaning the gripper from build-up, sandblasting2. Replacing damaged shells (knives material thickness 30mm, the remaining 15mm material HARDOX 500)3. Hardfacing of knives with 65HRc wire4. Straightening the geometry5. Inspection for cracks in the structure6. Dismantling of 4 cylinders7. Bushing holes for new bushings and pins8. Making new pins and bushings9. Unclogging all lubrication channels10. Assembly of cylinders
