Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to mandate a team of two (2) experts (one (1) principal expert and one (1) assistant expert) in building mechanics, instrumentation and EnteliWEB monitoring and control for a period of one year, with four optional years following a positive evaluation by the City. The team will have to use the EnteliWEB platform already implemented, integrate the new equipment and optimize the equipment already in place.The Contract is for a period of one year, with four (4) years of renewal option of one (1) year each. From February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 and from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029 for the four (4) optional years.The team will be required
