Description - Description: The Collection Management Directorate (DGC) of the Institut de la statistique du Québec has an order schedule (surveys to be conducted) that fluctuates considerably over time (significant variation in the need for telephone interviewers from one month to the next). Although some surveys are recurring, a portion of the order book is more difficult to predict.
